Built from Scratch. Built on Systems.
Infinitus is a systems integration agency started by Ben Tay, a founder with two decades of traditional SEO experience who got tired of the industry’s broken model.
Here’s what Ben learned: 80% of agency work is repetitive—the same optimization patterns deployed over and over, the same reports generated monthly, the same deployment cycles. But clients were still paying for human time to do it. So agencies hired more people. Margins compressed. Quality dropped.
In 2024, Ben started from scratch. Not as a rebrand of an existing agency—as a complete rebuild of what an agency could be if you removed the constraint of “we need billable hours.”
“What if automation did the repetitive work, and humans only did the thinking?”
The answer: you’d deliver better results, faster, at a fraction of traditional agency cost. One person could manage 20+ clients because automation handles 80% of execution.
We work with regional operators, logistics networks, retail chains, and mid-market conglomerates who are scaling fast and tired of vendor coordination. They need one contract, one team, one infrastructure that grows with them from Singapore to Johor Bahru and Batam and beyond.
We’re not rebuilding the traditional agency model. We’re replacing it.
Our story — coming soon.
We’re putting together a proper account of how Infinitus came to be, who we are, and where we’re headed. Check back shortly — or reach out directly, we’re always happy to talk.
grow@infinitusnow.comWe eliminate the “three vendor problem.”
Most businesses run on fragmented infrastructure: a web designer (12 weeks, then hands off), an SEO agency (separate retainer, separate roadmap), an automation specialist (yet another contract). Each vendor optimizes for their domain. Each says “not our problem” when pieces don’t fit. We do all three in one integrated system.

For regional expansion, the system scales. Same infrastructure, local coordination points, zero vendor switching costs.
Ben’s 20-year truth.
Traditional SEO agencies are caught in a trap. They sell “hours of expert labor.” So they need 20 people billing time to hit revenue targets. That means hiring fast, training slow, and cutting corners to keep utilization up. The result: commoditized work at premium prices.
Ben scaled an agency the traditional way. Realized the model was broken. “I was building a job for myself, not a business.”
The industry hasn’t evolved. It’s still trading time for money, just with better tools. ChatGPT + Zapier glued to legacy processes is just patching up holes.
The opportunity: What if you started from scratch with a different constraint? Not “How do we bill 20 people’s time?” but “How do we deliver excellence with minimal human labor?”
That led to Infinitus.
- 20 people billing time
- Hire fast, train slow
- Cut corners for utilization
- Commoditized work, premium prices
- Automation handles execution
- Humans handle judgment
- One person, 20+ clients
- Margins expand as you grow
You're adding locations, expanding markets, growing revenue. You need infrastructure that scales with you—not 12-month hiring cycles.
Traditional agencies want $5k–20k/month minimums. You need quality without the overhead bill.
You're in Singapore, expanding to Malaysia. You need one system that works across borders—not separate agencies per country.
For all three, the real ROI isn’t what you pay us—it’s what you stop paying three other vendors, and what you gain in speed and quality.
The methodology. The parts we share.
Discovery → Architecture → Build. A 16-week system to replace three vendors.
Discovery
Week 1–2Ben runs these calls personally. After 20 years, he can identify your business's leverage points in one conversation.
- Your current tech stack (what's working, what's friction)
- Your process bottlenecks (where manual work bleeds time and money)
- Your integration gaps (where pieces don't talk to each other)
- Your scaling ceiling (what would break if you 2x revenue)
Custom strategy doc + process map + phased roadmap with clear milestones and costs.
Architecture
Week 3–4Most agencies design the website first, then bolt on SEO, then add automation as an afterthought. We design the system first.
- How should data flow?
- Where does automation add the most leverage?
- What layer handles schema?
- What requires a human loop? What can be fully automated?
System architecture diagram + technical spec + automation blueprint.
Build
Week 5–16Phased rollout, weekly syncs, no surprises.
Most of our best work started with a 30-minute conversation.
No pitch deck. No pressure. Direct talk about what's holding your business back — and whether GEO, AEO, or AI automation is the right lever.
