1. Services & Analytical Framework

InfinitusNow provides Business AI Transformation Assessments, digital visibility audits, and technical engineering services. All analytical scores and recommendations are based on deterministic technical heuristics, observed live search snapshots, and empirical testing.

Assessment findings provide actionable strategic guidance. Software implementation, workflow automation, or schema modifications are separately scoped and require explicit human sign-off from the client before execution.

2. Honest Disclosures & No Ranking Guarantees

Search engines and Large Language Models are stochastic, third-party systems that update their algorithms and training datasets independently. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, citation frequencies, or automated AI recommendations.

Our work focuses on controllable, verifiable technical factors: crawl accessibility, structured Schema.org data, clean site architecture, and accurate entity definitions.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information to deliver requested services, answer business inquiries, and improve our website experience:

• Business Inquiries & Assessment Forms: When you request an assessment or visibility check, we collect your name, business email, phone number, company name, and website domain.
• Public Domain Telemetry: When running our Free AI Visibility Check, we fetch and analyze publicly available metadata, robots.txt directives, HTTP headers, and Schema.org markup from the submitted domain.
• AI Advisor Prompts: Text messages entered into the InfinitusNow Advisor chat widget are processed in real-time to answer your questions. Please do not submit confidential credentials, passwords, or personal health information into the chat.

4. Analytics, Cookies & Session Recording

We use standard analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our content and to detect technical errors:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Collects aggregated, pseudonymized usage metrics such as pages viewed, session duration, approximate geographic region, and device type.
• Microsoft Clarity: Provides anonymized session replays, click heatmaps, and scroll behavior to help us diagnose layout issues and improve navigation clarity. Sensitive form inputs are masked.
• Cookies: Small text files stored on your device to remember user preferences and maintain essential website functionality.

5. Third-Party AI Processing & Subprocessors

To provide our interactive AI Advisor and technical diagnostics, we utilize reputable cloud infrastructure and commercial AI APIs (including OpenRouter and major model providers).

Data transmitted to third-party model providers is subject to commercial zero-data-retention or standard enterprise processing agreements where prompts are not used to train public foundation models.

6. Data Retention & Singapore PDPA Compliance

InfinitusNow complies with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). We retain business contact and audit records only for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purpose for which it was collected (typically up to 24 months for client records), or as required by Singapore law.

We never sell, rent, or monetize personal data or client diagnostic telemetry to third-party data brokers.
